This property was listed as an apartment but is actually a motel. I rated it "reasonable" because the room was clean, but it smells of past cigarette use, and the lobby has a strong, odd odor. Communication with the front desk was cumbersome,as well. The phone number listed on Vrbo was not a U.S. number, and we had to sleuth on the internet to discover the Hotel-O number. Then we were given a different number to call which we had to try numerous times before speaking with someone.

Ac didn’t push out cold air, customer service was awful at the front desk when I asked for a different room he said all he can do is give me a return and I had just drove 8 hours and it was 1am. I booked a 2 bed and was given a one bed. I again asked why I wasn’t given what I had booked and The only solution he had was to give me a return. And pet policy is not what it says online. Would not recommend. Extremely unprofessional and unhelpful.

Considered staying somewhere else, but glad we chose this spot instead. Space in our family room exceeded expectations and made it feel cozy for two people. We liked being near local attractions too, which made planning our days easier.
