The ground floor comprises a spacious eat-in kitchen and living room with panoramic windows. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. The third bedroom and bathroom are located in the annex, which is charged separately for guests of five or more.

The holiday home enjoys a secluded location at an altitude of 600 meters between Castellina Marittima and Chianni. It offers breathtaking panoramic views across Lake Santa Luce to the sea, surrounded by verdant olive groves and the lush forests of Monte Vaso and Monte Vitalba.
