This is a traditional house of the Dordogne. The walls are made of thick stone and therefore certainly cool downstairs in the summer. The house is spacious with a large kitchen, as well as a hallway and the spacious living room. Then there are 2 double bedrooms downstairs (1 spacious and 1 standard) on the ground floor + bathroom with bathtub. Upstairs there are 2 large bedrooms and a second bathroom with shower. The house is basically but functionally furnished.

Quiet, rural surroundings on the outskirts of Bergerac in the DORDOGNE
The house is located on a dead-end road amidst meadows (with horses) and forest. Within 8 minutes by car you can reach large supermarkets (Lid'l, Carrefour etc.) as well as the heart of the old, charming town of Bergerac with its many lively squares with restaurants, cafés, terraces, boutiques. Furthermore, the airport of Bergerac is even a bit closer, but since only 5 planes land and take off per day, you will not be bothered by noise.
