We offer two stylish bedrooms, a large living room, a bathroom in spa design and a kitchen in which you will feel like in a cafe. You can barbecue in our large enclosed garden or on the terrace, enjoy the fresh air and the sun.
With us you do Uralub immersed in nature. Large forests grow almost on the doorstep. Several lakes are located in the area. but you do not refrain entirely from the benefits of civilization. A Lebensmittelgeschät, ATM and post office is near.

Location and surroundings of object
Our cottage is right in Lipnica, between two lakes. Around the village herrum grow deep green forests. In the woods you can forget everyday worries and stress. There you will find peace and unique nature. You can do there, pick mushrooms and blueberries. The Kiedrowickie Lake offers crystal clear water, idyllic beaches and quiet fishing spots. Lipnica may be a small village, but it is the center of the whole community. A Lebensmittelgeschät is only 100 meters away. The post office and to the ATM you are not far away (about 600 meters). The Kiedrowickie Lake is located approximately 1 km from the house. To the city of Bytow you about 25km. There is a large medieval castle of Generic Crusaders (German Order).

Great vacation!
My husband and I had a vacation with our dog in the beautiful villa. The rooms were nicely divided and very clean. Shopping opportunities were quickly accessible and beautiful landscapes to admire. The lakes were easily accessible by car, the weather invited to swim. The property is suitable for a vacation with a dog, as everything is fenced and the dog can roam freely. In the evenings, it was nice to grill, and there was also a small spot to make a fire to spend a cozy evening (in our case, an evening before departure). There are many sights that can be reached within an hour's drive. The landlords are very nice and friendly and are immediately available for questions. We would love to come back.

Wonderful vacation
My wife and I spent this short vacation with our dog in Lipnica. We discovered wonderful hiking trails and some lakes. The vacation home is very nicely furnished and the garden invites you to relax. We especially liked the small balcony. The cake and ice cream from the village taste best here. The people here are very friendly and helpful. If you want to take a vacation away from crowded beaches or towns, this is the right place. I would like to mention that everything went smoothly from booking to departure. Thanks again to Mrs. Konefal.

Wonderful holiday flat
We spent a week in this holiday flat with 2 dogs and a child and felt completely at home.
The flat and the property are lovingly furnished with great taste. The landlords are there to help and advise you right up to the last day. Tips for leisure activities and delicious local restaurants included. Lipnica is a beautiful place to relax because of its location (lakes and forests), the people are all helpful and friendly
