Conveniently located between Risør and Tvedestrand, the property is easily accessible via the E18 towards Oslo and Kristiansand. Our boat is moored on the fjord, just 3 km away. The sunny, open natural plot features a well-maintained outdoor area, including a meadow, woods, and a garden, as well as large, sunny terraces facing east, south, and west. A small garden shed and a covered, glass-enclosed patio with a wood-burning stove complete the property. A barbecue, smoker, and fire pit are available for your use. Swimming is possible at any time in the numerous lakes and the sea. Our bathing platform on Lake Litjen is only 5 minutes away and can be used whenever you like.
