Description

The holiday apartment is located in a detached house and is functionally furnished. The property is situated in a residential area, in the town centre. The domicile is also popular due to the view of the sea from the property and the quiet and sunny hillside location. Available for shared use are: sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, garden furniture and courtyard.

Location
Slatine. The holiday apartment is located on a 400 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bounded by a fence. The landlord lives permanently in the house but uses a separate entrance. The holiday apartments DAL CIO 186 (7 persons) and DAL CIO 187 (2 persons) are located in the same house. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.

Special
Air conditioning. Internet access (Wi-Fi). TV reception is via antenna, satellite. The owner cannot guarantee the availability of certain sports channels, as well as the quality of the signal, which is generally good but not consistent.

Dogs
not allowed.

Shopping 200 m, restaurant 250 m, town centre 200 m. Doctor in Slatine 200 m. In summer: Adriatic Sea 200 m in Slatine (beach 200 m in Slatine with pebbles and bathing platforms). Slatine: jetty 200 m and water sports opportunities 300 m.

Bedroom (18 sq m) with 1 double bed, 1 single bed and access to the balcony. Bedroom (11 sq m) with 2 single beds. Kitchenette in the living/bedroom with gas hob (2 burners), electric hob (2 plates), oven, extractor hood, fridge (freezer compartment), microwave, electric kettle and access to the balcony. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC. Bathroom (8 sq m) with bathtub, 1 washbasin, WC, window and washing machine on request.

Dear Holiday Home!

The apartment was beautiful, demanding, the owner was very nice and friendly.
The beach was fabulous, it was close!
I would definitely recommend it to everyone!
