You will find Havhusvej in beautiful Lønstrup - the town that exudes local art and crafts, and which is an extremely popular holiday town on the Northwest coast. The summer house is from 1970 and has been very well maintained over the years, which you can immediately feel when you step inside. The style with wooden ceilings, brick walls and carpets is very cozy, and we even get the feeling of getting into gear when we enter Havhusvej 1. The large living room contains two sofa arrangements, one of which adjoins the cozy wood-burning stove - and here there is also a dining room and open access to the kitchen. The house contains two bathrooms and three bedrooms with double beds (180*200 cm), as well as an extra room with two extra beds. From the kitchen Outdoors:From the kitchen and the living room there is access to a lovely large terrace, where the dining area is covered, and you can enjoy the Danish summer weather to the fullest. The house's location close to Lønstrup and the North Sea means that you are wonderfully close to everything, yet well away from the traffic and noise of city life. There is of course garden furniture and a barbecue available. And Lønstrup town itself is the place where there is plenty of space, whether you want outdoor activities, shopping and restaurant visits or peace and quiet. The cottage is non-smoking and youth groups are not allowed. At By Sommerhuse, we believe that this lovely holiday home meets all expectations of a lovely, Danish cottage, and we would rent it ourselves at any time and recommend it here warmly. Short distance to Løkken with Action House, swimming pool and Fårup Sommerland for children and families. When you rent the beautiful cottage on Havhusvej, you open the door to a world of experiences! The area offers magnificent nature with extensive sandy beaches, dune landscapes and the wild North Sea - perfect surroundings for relaxation, walks and outdoor adventures. The pleasant path systems through the dunes make it easy to explore the area on foot, and by bike you can go on trips through the scenic landscape along the coast. A visit to Rubjerg Knude Lighthouse is a must – here you can experience the iconic lighthouse, dramatically placed on the sand dunes, and enjoy the view of the sea and the surrounding landscape. At the same time, there are plenty of exciting activities in the vicinity, from Lønstrup's artist community to Action House in Løkken, Fårup Sommerland, surfing and cycling along the coast.Important note – • Rebooking is allowed once within the same booking year. • A refundable deposit may be required before arrival to cover consumption and any additional services. The final costs are based on actual consumption, and any remaining amounts are refunded within 21 days after check-out. • Forgotten items will be returned for postage plus a handling fee of DKK 150. • Check-in is from Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. • Keys are collected and returned via the on-site key box. • Guests under 18 years of age are not permitted to rent the property.
