For an angler and nature lover, cyclist, for athletes and non-athletes, those stressed or seeking relaxation, or simply a highly interesting island where you can “let your soul dangle.” In addition, there are fish, seafood, crabs, etc. in all variations and en masse! The open sea and the supervised sandy beaches are located at a distance of approx. 750 meters and stretch extensively for 15-20 km from Rémigeasse towards St. Trojan or to the north of the Île d’Oléron. The island is suitable for all kinds of physical and meditative recreation (special treatment methods in the style of “thalassotherapy” in St. Trojan), from kite and windsurfing to pure bathing pleasure – all without jellyfish or unclean beaches. Surfing/sailing courses in approx. 600 m from the house. The island also offers natural beaches of all kinds, especially on our immediate seaside. The house is part of a "Résidence", 800 m from the sea; it can be comfortably reached on foot in about 10-15 minutes. It has a large living room as well as 2 smaller bedrooms with a small open gallery on the 1st floor. Garage (50m away), enclosed garden, garden furniture, barbecue, solar shower, terrace, etc. and garden shed available. You live "comme Dieu en France." However, no Wylan.
