A warm welcome!
The flat presented here was completed in summer 2010. You can expect a high-quality equipped holiday flat in a particularly beautiful area of Cottbus. The main attraction in the immediate vicinity is of course the Branitzer Park. But the zoo and the Buga grounds are also within easy walking distance. The flat has its own entrance with an adjoining terrace, equipped with comfortable furniture and a large parasol. Of course, there is a reserved parking space for your car on the enclosed property. Upon arrival, you will also receive a remote control for the gate system with your key. All rooms are individually heated via underfloor heating, and there is also a towel dryer in the bathroom. The windows have electrically operated shutters and insect screens in the living/sleeping area.
The living/sleeping area consists of a bed (180x200) in comfort height with first-class one-piece mattress for a restful sleep, a spacious sliding door wardrobe, a cosy sitting area and a separate dining area. The wall-mounted TV delivers HD images on TV reception as well as from the connected Blu-ray player, for truly great entertainment.
Free internet access via wifi is available for the duration of your stay.
The bathroom is equipped with a large glass shower, a hand basin and a toilet. Of course, sufficient hand and shower towels are available. The underfloor heating ensures a cosy feeling on your feet, especially in the cold season. And if you like it, you don't have to do without music here either!
The kitchen is fully equipped. Only high-quality components were used, so that cooking is fun! And the extra-quiet dishwasher is responsible for the washing up. The induction hob is super fast and above all safe. A large refrigerator and a microwave oven are also part of the equipment. The location: Directions: From AB junction Cottbus-South, take the B 97 towards the city center of Cottbus. After about 500 meters turn right at the traffic lights turn right. This road you leave Kiekebusch about km turn left in the direction of Branitz. Continue straight km and then turn left. (At the Peace oak) After about 160m you reach the property. Caution: To output Kiekebusch 30-zone, here is often controlled. The apartment is located in a quiet location directly on Branitzer Park The city center is about 5Km away.

Pleasant stay
Friendly welcome even at a later time.
Everything was clean and invitingly prepared.
Even drinks were provided at this late hour.
Public transportation and simple shopping options are nearby.
I felt comfortable for 4 days and would be happy to come back.

Peace in the green with friendly cohabitation
Hello,
we were in Cottbus from Hamburg for 6 days in September and stayed in this great holiday flat. It is absolutely to be recommended. Direct access to the Branitzer Park. Within walking distance of the bakery and lots of peace and quiet.
The furnishings are better than at home, modern but not snooty. The owners were always available for problems or a nice chat. We felt very comfortable with a baby (10 weeks old) and will definitely come back if the situation allows it
(Even if we could stay with friends for free)
If the addition absolutely needs a separate room, you should look around nearby, or the owner is currently building another nice holiday home with even more possibilities.
So, many thanks to the owners family Weber, we had a great time with you
