Moin, moin and a warm welcome to our holiday home "Pollenflucht" on the beautiful Wurster North Sea coast!
Our house is new, bright, and all on one level.
We have furnished it cozily, lovingly, and with high-quality materials in harmonious colors, with lots of wood and an open-plan kitchen-living area.
The house is non-smoking and suitable for allergy sufferers.
There is a large bedroom with a double bed and a small bedroom with two single beds. There are games, books, lots of information about the surroundings, a 55" TV, a second TV in the bedroom, a DVD player, fast internet with free Wi-Fi, a PlayStation with two controllers and games, a high-quality, fully equipped kitchen, spices and tea. There is a washing machine as well as a fireplace, an infrared cabin, and a large, walk-in shower. All in all, plenty of relaxation value. The house includes a terrace with a great beach chair and a beautiful, cozy garden as well as a large garden house, where you can store bicycles or strollers. If needed, part of the garden can be fenced in. In the garden house, there is a flexible fence for this purpose, which can be set up in no time.
Special features:
Peace and quiet! Cars are parked in a small parking lot very close to the house and are only driven in front of the house for loading and unloading. Nature! Wadden Sea, salt marshes, fields and forests – all very close by – and of course the healthy, beneficial North Sea air. So good, so healthy – simply wonderful. Not only in the summer months, but especially in the off-season. A beautiful holiday park! The whole park is very well maintained and there is truly something for everyone here. For the adults, for example, there is a sauna, various fitness options, lovely restaurants. For the little ones, there are playgrounds everywhere, a great, large indoor playhouse, and on the lighthouse meadow a pirate playground and plenty of space for ball games. For dogs, there is a fenced dog playground and a dog beach.
Notes:
The prices vary depending on the season between 529 and 1032 euros per week. The rental prices already include the costs for electricity and heating. Hand and dish towels, bed linen, and bath mats can be rented individually or as a set. Dogs cost between 6 and 9 euros/night. The municipality charges a tourist tax. This must be paid at reception upon arrival. Special offer periods: Jan., Feb., March, Nov., Dec. 7=6 or 14=12 (stay 7/14 nights, pay for 6/12 nights).

Our holiday home is located on the Wurster North Sea coast in Dorum-Neufeld, a well-kept, small holiday resort between Bremerhaven and Cuxhaven - away from the hustle and bustle. Not glamorous, but cozy, idyllic, quiet. The house "Pollenflucht" is part of the beautiful Cuxland Holiday Park. From here you can enjoy cycling, hiking, jogging, walking, skating, swimming, surfing, taking part in fitness courses on the lighthouse meadow, and much more. The holiday home is very quietly situated right by the field. The sea is about 800 m away and can be easily reached on foot via small, cozy, car-free streets. Also within very close and easy walking distance are several really great restaurants, a bakery, a small supermarket and a boutique, bicycle rental, no sandy beach but a beautiful green beach, the Obereversand lighthouse, the National Park House with many activities and exhibitions to discover, learn and marvel at, the picturesque small cutter harbor with several small stalls offering delicious, fresh fish, crepes and ice cream, and the great indoor and outdoor pool Watt'n Bad. Everything right on your doorstep, everything very close by. The supermarkets Lidl, Edeka, and Aldi can be reached in just 7 km in Dorum. In only 20 to 30 km distance lie the beautiful cities of Bremerhaven and Cuxhaven with all their great sights, or, for example, the Moortherme in lovely Bad Bederkesa, various golf courses, the Spadener See with the Blue Bay water sports facility, and much more.

Pure relaxation!!!
The house is furnished with a lot of love for detail. You enter the house and immediately feel comfortable and welcome! You can sense the dedication and empathy with which the Reil family has designed the house and the outdoor area! The guest feels at home and still gets vacation vibes right away! From us, a ten out of ten!
