The apartment is 90 m2 in size and offers enough space for 6-8 people. The apartment has 3 bedrooms. Each bedroom has a double bed and, if necessary, an extra bed for a child. A living and dining area is available with satellite TV and free Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, cutlery, pots and pans. There is also a dishwasher in the kitchen. Furthermore, there are two bathrooms with shower and toilet. The holiday apartment includes a large balcony with chairs, a table, and deck chairs. Part of it is covered. From here you have a great view of the sea and the island of Pag, because it is only 50m to the sea.
The daily rates are per overnight stay and accommodation unit, regardless of the number of people, and include accommodation, water, electricity, gas, bed linen, and towels with weekly change. The tourist tax levied by the municipality of Karlobag must be paid on site and will be charged separately (€1.5 per person/day). For children up to 18 years, €1 of the tourist tax. A one-time final cleaning fee of €30 will be charged.
Air conditioning is not included in the price and will be charged separately by the owner on site if used (€6 per day).
A buoy for your boat is available directly in front of the house. The boat can be tied to the buoy in front of the house.

The beaches are about 80 m away on foot without having to cross the coastal road. The house is also quiet and away from traffic in a small residential area.
In the immediate vicinity you will find a small market for shopping and a restaurant. All swimming spots with crystal clear water can be reached easily and quickly along a length of 400 m. Enjoy your Croatia vacation. The center of Karlobag is about 4 km away from the house, where you will find several small markets, bars, cafés, a bank, post office, etc., as well as sports and leisure facilities. In addition, there are opportunities for boat trips to the nearby islands of Rab and Pag, or for hiking and climbing in the Velebit mountains with an experienced mountain guide. The crystal-clear and clean water of this coastal section in Croatia is a paradise for guests who enjoy snorkeling and diving.
