Welcome to a cozy and rural holiday home in Jämjö - a perfect place for those who want to combine the peace of the countryside with proximity to both nature and entertainment. Here you live in a peaceful environment surrounded by the open Öland landscape, while you are only about 11 km from Borgholm. There you will find a wide range of restaurants, shops and all the summer events - perfect for excursions. Here you live in a quiet and green environment with a nice view of the open landscape. You have your own, private location in a leafy part of the garden, which provides wonderful privacy. The house is charming and homely with a pleasant living room where you can relax after the day's adventures. There is a comfortable sofa that can easily be made into an extra bed for one person. TV with Chromecast. The kitchen is equipped with a practical kitchenette with hotplates, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and most of what you need to prepare delicious meals. Next door is a nice dining area for social moments. The bedroom, which is screened off with curtains, is bright and inviting with two single beds that can easily be put together to form a double bed if desired. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet and sink. Outside, a cozy garden with outdoor furniture awaits you where you can enjoy the peace, sun and beautiful views - a perfect place for breakfast, dinner or just a moment of relaxation. Two bicycles in good condition are available if you want to borrow. The location makes it easy to explore Öland. You are close to the unique landscape of Stora Alvaret, a world heritage site known for its unique nature and rich plant life - perfect for hikes and bike tours. In just about 12 km you reach Borgholm, which offers a wide range of restaurants, cafes, shops and summer events. Here you can also visit the Borgholm castle ruins where you can really feel the wings of history. Various music events are also organized here in the evenings. You are close to both the east and west coasts of Öland. There are popular shallow sandy beaches in Köpingsvik and along the eastern coast you can find quieter bathing spots such as Bläsinge, for example.
