Apartment in a lovingly and exclusively furnished house in the center of Aventoft, directly on the Danish border, in the immediate vicinity of the car train to Sylt (approx. 15 km), the Wadden Sea (approx. 7 km), as well as the island of Rømø (approx. 45 km).
The accommodation
The approx. 80 sqm modern holiday apartment is located on the ground floor of a two-family house. In the living room, you can make yourself comfortable on the sofa in front of the wood-burning stove and relax in front of the flat-screen TV. From here you have access to your private terrace, which is furnished with garden furniture.
Two bedrooms are available to you, each with two double beds (180 x 200).
The spacious kitchen pampers you with an induction stove, extractor hood, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer, and a cozy dining area.
The beautiful bathroom with the walk-in shower completes the picture. Washing machine and dryer are available for a fee in an outbuilding.
Guest access
The house has its own private driveway with parking directly in front of the house, a large garden, as well as a laundry room with washing machine, dryer, ironing board, and iron.
Other important notes
The prices for holiday apartments apply for an occupancy of up to 4 persons/day.
Bed linen and 1 set of towels for the first guest are included in the price. For bed linen and towels, €17 per guest and stay will be charged from the 2nd guest onwards. The cleaning fee per stay is €135, this also applies to short-term bookings.
The fee for pets is €25 per stay.

In the immediate vicinity there are numerous leisure activities: golf courses, Tønder Golf Club, Golfclub Hofberg, Rømø Golf Club, a gliding airfield (Aventoft Airfield) and Tønder Flying Club, as well as many sights in the region, including the Emil Nolde Museum.
Not far from the historic town on the southern North Sea of Denmark, Tønder, and even closer to Møgeltønder (the place is known for Schackenborg Castle, which was the residence of Prince Joachim of Denmark from 1993 to 2014). In the border town of Süderlügum (7 km) there are various supermarkets and shopping facilities, also open on Sundays.
