The property is situated on a quiet street in the middle of town, providing the perfect combination of peaceful surroundings and short distances to shopping, restaurants, and other city amenities. This expansive holiday home can accommodate up to 20 people, with a layout designed for both social interaction and functionality. The main gathering point of the house is the large and well-equipped kitchen, specifically designed for groups. It features two dishwashers, multiple refrigerators, and ample counter space, making it easy and convenient to prepare meals for many people at once. The large common areas create the perfect setting for long dinners, cozy evenings, and social moments. Outdoors, guests can enjoy both a wilderness bath (hot tub) and a sauna, offering relaxation year-round—whether your day has been spent at the beach, exploring nature, or simply enjoying each other's company. The large parking area in front of the property provides excellent parking for several cars, making the house particularly practical for larger groups. The area around Nørre Nebel offers a wealth of experiences and attractions. Within a short drive, you can reach popular holiday destinations such as Henne Strand, Nymindegab, and Bork Havn, where you will find wide sandy beaches, charming harbor environments, and great opportunities for water sports. Additionally, Filsø and Blåbjerg Klitplantage are nearby, serving as ideal destinations for hiking and cycling in the beautiful West Jutland nature. Keys are handed over by the caretaker upon arrival, at which time the consumption meters are read. Upon departure, the consumption is read again and settled directly with the caretaker.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
