Welcome to your modern holiday villa on the Kvarner Bay.

Here you can enjoy relaxing vacation days with family or friends – just a few minutes from Novi Vinodolski and the beautiful beaches of the Adriatic coast.

Look forward to a private pool with 26 m², a jacuzzi, and many relaxing hours under the Croatian sun. On the terrace you can have breakfast together, end the day, or simply enjoy the peace and quiet. A table tennis table is available for additional entertainment.

The villa accommodates up to 8 guests. It has three bedrooms and four bathrooms. In the spacious master bedroom, there is also a bunk bed, which is especially popular with families with children. The bright living and dining area as well as the fully equipped kitchen offer everything for a comfortable stay. The house is fully air-conditioned and offers free Wi-Fi as well as a washing machine for a carefree stay.

Restaurants, shopping facilities, and the beaches of Novi Vinodolski can be reached within a few minutes by car.
