1st row. In the water and landscape park is this first-class cottage with boat bridge. The house was completely renovated in 2014. A stone terrace and a path lead all the way around the house and an additional parking space was laid out. The house has two bathrooms. In addition to the lovely Scandinavian sauna, there is also a whirlpool with therapy jets, which massage under water. Gut, aber die Ausstattung ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Steg und das Boot müssen dringend erneuert werden. Auch wäre es schön wenn beide vorhandenen Boote genutzt werden könnten.
