The accommodation
Our approx. 50 m² large, lovingly designed house combines modern design with a well-thought-out indoor-outdoor concept. The open kitchen flows directly into the outdoor area, creating a natural space to relax. Large sliding doors lead to the terrace with a sofa and seating – ideal for enjoying the tranquility.
A small private pool (2.7 × 5.9 m, newly built since spring, usable from May) provides refreshment on warm days. On the north side there is an outdoor kitchen with grill and generous work surface – perfect for relaxed outdoor cooking.
Upstairs is the master bedroom with dressing room, en suite bathroom, and high-quality Vi-Spring box spring bed for restful sleep. The second bedroom on the ground floor also has its own bathroom and direct access to the garden. Both rooms are air-conditioned. The second bedroom is equipped with sturdy bunk beds (90x200), which are also suitable for adults.
The rooftop terrace with a large sofa invites you to enjoy the Sardinian sun and end the day in a relaxed atmosphere.

Due to the increasing water scarcity in Sardinia, we have consciously decided to reduce the watering of the garden. Therefore, the lawn may appear less green at times. However, responsible use of water is more important to us.

Perd’e Sali is a small, quiet place near Pula – a spot where time passes a little more slowly. Surrounded by sea and mountains, you can enjoy a special sense of space and tranquility here. The place itself offers beautiful beaches, small restaurants, and a modern marina where you can dine in a relaxed atmosphere, enjoy an ice cream, or set off on a boat trip.
Our house is especially quiet – with no direct neighbors – and is a true retreat. Just a few minutes away is Pula (approx. 5–10 minutes / 5 km) – a lively, charming small town with everything you could wish for: cafés, restaurants, small shops, and an Italian flair. On summer evenings, the old town is closed to cars, and the streets fill with people, lights, and music – perfect for a relaxing evening with good food or a glass of wine. You can reach the beaches of Santa Margherita di Pula in about 15–20 minutes – ideal for long days by the sea or outdoor sports activities.
A little further south, the famous beaches of Chia await you (approx. 20–25 minutes) – with their fine sand and turquoise water, they are among the most beautiful on the island and almost reminiscent of the Caribbean.
And if you feel like experiencing city life: Cagliari, the capital of Sardinia, is only about 30 minutes away. A vibrant city with a historic old town, beautiful squares, restaurants, and its own unique Mediterranean flair – perfect for a day trip.

We are a family from Berlin with two sons and bought this summer house a few years ago, designing it with much love. For us, this house is a dream come true – a place where we spend our most precious time as a family.
