Description

The ground floor apartment comprises three rooms as well as a large bathroom, a separate toilet, and a storage room.
Except for the main bathroom, which unfortunately has a 40 cm step, all rooms are on the same level or connected by a small ramp.
A well-equipped kitchen invites you to cook.
Rooms 1, 3, and the large bathroom have a split air conditioning unit for heating or cooling.
Smoking is not allowed in the apartment, but it is permitted in the covered courtyard. If you have any questions or uncertainties, just let me know!
