Beautiful holiday home in southern France. Location: Gruissan.

Directly near the beach, approx. 150 m. Town of Gruissan, area Les Ayguades.

Approx. 2-3 km to the town center with a beautiful harbor and many restaurants.
Restaurant, bar, bakery, ice cream parlor, bike rental approx. 100 m away.

Many bike paths, in the high season a small holiday park/"fair," an aquapark in the neighboring town, water park (water skiing, wakeboarding, paddling, etc.). ) at a distance of 600 meters, many weekly markets in the immediate vicinity, etc.

Very beautiful natural beach, fine sand, clean, clear water, and gently sloping.

House:

- 1 bathroom with shower and sink
- Dining room (small "winter garden extension") with side-by-side refrigerator and ice cube function
- Kitchen (induction hob, microwave, dishwasher, etc.) - 2 bedrooms on the upper floor, duvets 140 x 200 + pillows on site (bed linen required for hygienic reasons only), bed 1 —> 160x190, bed 2 —> 140x190.
- "Shed extension" (terrace furniture, balance bike, charcoal kettle grill)
- Terrace with small mobile garden shower

- Air fryer, iron, ironing board, functional travel cot for children (without mattress for hygienic reasons, must be brought along)
