We spent the weekend here and it was absolutely fantastic, The rooms were spotless, the lobby beautifully decorated, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, We asked for a fridge and microwave, and they arrived in our room before we even made it upstairs, Maria at the front desk is amazing

Fantastic spot to crash if youre in New York City! The team is incredibly kind: Effrian takes care of your luggage even before and after check-in, Maria brings her delightful New York humor, making you feel right at home, while Ana is there to sort out everything you need: the best sightseeing tips, restaurant reservations, and more, Just a quick 2-minute stroll to the iconic Times Square, perfect for exploring tons of attractions, The rooms are quite basic and not the cheapest, but thats just the reality in New York, So, its definitely not a wellness hotel, but its an ideal base to enjoy New York City! When I return to New York, Ill definitely stay at Oyo again, and I cant wait to see Effrian and Maria

The service was fantastic! Maria made a wonderful first impression at this hotel & she truly excels at her role, She was very thorough & handled the line all on her own, The cleanliness could definitely use some improvement! The facilities are in need of some updates (especially the furniture, like those worn-out orange chairs in the lobby), Parking can be pricey everywhere, and we opted for Icon parking right next to the hotel ($190 for 2 days, with no in/out privileges due to limited space), But we considered our options in the area, OYO stood out: great price, excellent service, convenience, and a prime location right in the heart of Times Square!
