This happens to be my favorite location to date ,the place is clean and thoroughly so, ive yet to have a room here that I would call anything less than pristine, staff is friendly and personable all the way up to management, Including the GM mike whose got a no nonsense by the book approach and particular way of running things can quiet frankly be unempathetic & or tactless but clearly does this place justice more so than the Northgate and Rancho Cordova,

I stayed at the extended stay too much for quarantine with my job very great stay the office attended Amanda is amazing VP Mercedes and the manager very very helpful when I need anythingI will recommend them to all my friends and family I found them to be a 5-star business very friendly service and Amanda and Mercedes we're helpful getting me into my room

I want to take the opportunity to thank the front desk employee AMANDA, She went above and beyond, I left my wallet behind with all my credit cards and $500, I realized it an hour later, Amanda retrieved the wallet, called me back and held it, I offered to give her a reward for her efforts, but she would't take it, She is a true professional,

That's the name of the person who provided excellent customer service with a great positive attitude, Lately my experiences at most establishments have been poor, unprofessional, distasteful and full of negativety, I arrived on a budget and in dyer need for some rest and a bed, She was kind, understanding, and provided me with what I desperately needed with her friendliness alone, GIVE THIS WOMAN A RAISE! Very clean, There is barely any noise ( my visit was in the winter) Only reason it got four stars is: Stayed in the No Smoking side and someone in another room, kept smoking, We reported it but unless they do a room search, it's hard to tell whose smoking in the bathroom, My solution: We left the bathroom fan on all the time, it helped to keep the smoke out of our room,

We've been staying here for a couple of months while transitioning into new apartment, Tina & the entire staff have made us feel at home and have provided things we've requested, ie: an extra lamp & chair, Breakfast (coffee, chocolate, oatmeal, muffins & granola bars) are available for 3+ hours, No complaints, I highly recommend this Extended Stay America,
