The holiday home Lövvik in the village of Undersvik in the municipality of Vallsta offers around 120 m² of space for up to five guests and is the ideal choice for a relaxing family holiday – your dog is also welcome. The house is situated in a very quiet location with a great view over meadows, fields, forest, and the beautiful river Ljusnan.
Two bedrooms and one bathroom provide comfort and privacy. One bedroom with a double bed and a separate door to the outside is located on the ground floor. On the upper floor, there is a double bed in a spacious room with a great view. Separated by a curtain, there is also a single bed on the upper floor. The house has a fully equipped kitchen with a 4-burner stove, oven, freezer compartment, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, dishes, and extractor hood. For relaxing evenings, there is a fireplace, TV with satellite reception, DVD player, CD player, radio, and a hi-fi system available. Bed linen and towels are provided. On the covered and glazed veranda you can enjoy the beautiful view over meadows, fields, forest, and river, while a barbecue is available in the natural garden. Parking spaces for cars are located directly at the house. The washing machine, an iron, and a hairdryer make longer stays easier. In cooler weather, electric heaters are available in every room and a fireplace insert in the living room provides cozy warmth.

The house is located in the rural region of Hälsingland, about 300 km north of Stockholm, near the large river Ljusnan in the small idyllic village of Undersvik. The region is ideal for enjoying the beautiful nature of central Sweden. There are many lakes and great beaches here. In the town of Orbaden, just 12 km away, there is a large, kilometer-long sandy beach in a dreamlike location. This is also called the Riviera of Hälsingland. In addition, there is an excellent restaurant there with a great view over the river. In the in-house spa area, wellness treatments such as massages and sauna can be booked.
In the immediate vicinity are the beautiful sandy beaches of Undersvik, about 1.5 km away (about 3 minutes by car). 5 minutes and by bicycle in approx. 10 minutes, approx. 250 m as the crow flies) as well as from Simeå at a distance of approx. 8.0 km (by car in approx. 10 minutes). The numerous beautiful lakes and rivers of Hälsingland are ideal for fishing. A fishing license is required and, depending on the body of water, there may be costs for the license. In the surrounding forests you can go hiking excellently and search for blueberries, lingonberries, and mushrooms to your heart’s content. The nearest shopping opportunity with supermarket, gas station, and snack bar is in the village of Vallsta, about 13 km away.
A great restaurant with daily specials is only about 2 km away (about 3 minutes by car) from the house.
