Location
The Kicer House is idyllically situated on the coast near Scott Bay, nestled in nature and just a few metres from the sea. The centre of Kraljevica is about two kilometres away and impresses with a beautiful mix of cultural offerings and shopping opportunities. The quiet location on the edge of the forest makes the property ideal for nature lovers who still appreciate having infrastructure such as bus connections and local venues within easy reach.

Special
The accommodation is partially equipped with heating and air conditioning and offers free Wi-Fi. A cot as well as an iron and a washing machine are available. The 20-square-metre terrace invites you to relax. Boat owners have access to a free berth. Access to the apartment is via an approximately 15-minute walk through the forest or, by arrangement, by boat. A self check-in and host check-in option is possible.

Distances
The next market is approximately 1,000 metres away, and the nearest bus stop is 400 metres away. Rijeka Airport is about eight kilometres away, and the ferry port can be reached after roughly 15 kilometres. The nearest pharmacy, bank and post office are located about two kilometres away. Restaurants and bars are conveniently reachable within 500 metres, as is a diving club. The nearest beach is right by the house and is rocky with larger stones, making it ideal for lovers of quieter natural beaches.

Division
The apartment is designed for two people and features a double bed on an open mezzanine, which is accessible via an internal staircase. The living area is directly accessible from the covered terrace and, thanks to its open layout, offers an inviting sense of space.

Room
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, and a hairdryer is also available. The kitchen is fully fitted with an oven, hob, fridge with a 50-litre freezer compartment, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and a dishwasher. For your comfort, crockery and cutlery are provided.

House rules
Upon arrival, registration with the hosts is mandatory in order to organise access to the apartment as well as luggage transport. The accommodation recommends sports shoes for the forest path. For arrivals by speedboat, early arrangements two weeks in advance are requested. Check-in time starts at 3:00 pm, check-out is at 10:00 am.
