The accommodation is located approximately 150 metres from the beach with pebbles and concrete elements and is only around two kilometres from the centre of Rogoznica with its shops, restaurants and pharmacies. A bus stop can be reached after about three kilometres, while the nearest airport in Split is approximately 30 kilometres away. The surroundings are characterised by green areas and proximity to Krka National Park.

The accommodation features partial air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, as well as a washing machine and bed linen. Amenities also include an iron and a first aid kit. A private, fenced garden of 150 square metres offers garden furniture and an outdoor shower. The property is excellently accessible by both car and boat. Additionally, there is a single room measuring five square metres available. The layout is ideal for groups or families who wish to live comfortably and privately.

The accommodation has two bathrooms with showers, each equipped with hairdryers. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, hob, microwave, freezer, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle. There is sufficient crockery and cutlery available. In the living and dining area, an additional bed is also available.
