Description

The holiday apartment Maja in Rogoznica accommodates up to three guests and impresses with its quiet location just 100 metres from the beach with pebble and concrete layers. A spacious terrace of 25 square metres invites you to relax with views of the sea and the green surroundings. The accommodation is equipped with modern amenities such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a washing machine. Parking is available directly in front of the house.

Location
The accommodation is located in the Stupin Čelina district near Rogoznica, just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. The centre of Rogoznica can be reached by car in about five minutes, while the surrounding area, with its unspoilt nature, invites exploration. The location is ideal for enjoying both tranquillity and nearby activities.

Special
The accommodation meets all safety and hygiene standards in accordance with the requirements of local authorities and the European Holiday Home Association (EHHA). Between guest stays, thorough disinfection is carried out, hand sanitiser and face masks are available, and staff conduct temperature checks. There is a first-aid kit. Breakfast can be cancelled if required. Air conditioning is partially available, televisions with satellite channels as well as free Wi-Fi are provided. A washer-dryer and bed linen are supplied. The accommodation offers self check-in with host presence. A private parking space is available for guests directly at the house.

The market is only 50 metres away, and a bus stop is located 100 metres away. The nearest pharmacy, ambulance, as well as post office and exchange office are around two kilometres away. The nearest petrol station and bank are approximately nine kilometres away. The nearest ferry port in Šibenik is about 35 kilometres away, while Split Airport is around 300 kilometres away. The nearest marina can be reached after two kilometres. The beach with pebble and concrete layers is only 100 metres from the house.

Division
The holiday apartment features a 10-square-metre bedroom with a double bed designed for two people. Overall, the accommodation offers occupancy for three people, with an additional sleeping place available in the living or dining area.

Room
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and has a hairdryer. The kitchen is fully furnished with all necessary crockery, an oven, a hob, a refrigerator, a freezer, a microwave, an electric kettle, and a dishwasher. The living area is cosily designed and features a television with satellite channels.

House rules
Check-in is possible from 14:00, and check-out is by 10:00. The hosts follow all applicable safety protocols and ask guests to respect the house rules for a pleasant stay together. Cleaning during the stay can be cancelled upon request.
