Description

The Maja accommodation can host up to three guests and is located just 100 metres from the picturesque pebble and concrete slab beaches. The spacious 30-square-metre terrace invites you to relax and offers a lovely view of the sea and the green surroundings. Amenities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a television and a washing machine. Parking is available directly at the property.

Location
The holiday apartment is located in the Stupin Čelina district near Rogoznica and is ideal for creating new memories amidst unspoilt nature. You can reach the centre of Rogoznica in a few minutes by car, while the beautiful beaches are only a short walk away. In the surrounding area, you will find all essential infrastructure such as a pharmacy, banks and restaurants.

Special
The accommodation operates in accordance with the hygiene regulations of the local authorities and provides thorough disinfection between guests’ stays. Hand sanitiser and face masks are available, and staff regularly take temperatures. The wearing of protective clothing and the observance of social distancing rules are strictly adhered to. Guests can cancel cleaning during their stay if required. Private parking spaces directly in front of the house are available. Boating and sport fishing are available on request and at an additional charge.

The market is only 50 metres away, the nearest bus stop is 100 metres away. Split Airport is about 300 kilometres away, and the nearest ferry port, Šibenik, is 35 kilometres away. The nearest pharmacy, emergency department and exchange office are about 2 kilometres away. The nearest petrol station and bank are about 9 kilometres away. The nearest beach is only 100 metres from the house and consists of pebbles and concrete slabs. The city centre and the marina are around 2 kilometres away.

Division
The flat features a bedroom of approximately ten square metres with a double bed that is comfortable for two people. In total, the accommodation can host up to three guests, thanks to an additional extra bed in the living area.

Room
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and has a hairdryer. The kitchen is fully fitted with a cooker, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, as well as crockery and cutlery. The living area provides comfortable space for relaxing and features a television with satellite channels. Wi-Fi is, of course, available free of charge.

House rules
Check-in is possible from 14:00, and check-out should be completed by 10:00. The hosts and staff strictly adhere to all safety protocols and hygiene guidelines of the local and national authorities, as well as the recommendations of the European Holiday Home Association. Further house rules will be gladly provided upon booking.

Terms of lease and prices:
Included in the price: internet access, air conditioning, washing machine, electricity, gas, water, final cleaning, bed linen.
Side costs - Additionally (Payable when booking): registration fee obligatory 6,30 € per person per stay (01.01.26-01.07.26, 01.09.26-01.01.27). registration fee obligatory 12,50 € per person per stay (01.07.26-01.09.26).
