In the restored stone building there is a bedroom with double bed and adjoining bathroom. The preservation of original natural stone and rustic wooden beams gives the room an authentic atmosphere.
An open living and kitchen area offers ample space for an additional sleeping option and, thanks to the fully equipped kitchen, allows for uncomplicated self-catering.
The ground-level, light-flooded ground floor with a second bedroom and separate bathroom is especially popular with older children as their "own realm." From a covered veranda, which offers shade for lingering or protection from rain, a spiral staircase leads to the spacious rooftop terrace. From here, the wide panoramic view stretches over green mountain landscapes with olive groves and the surrounding mountain villages to the peaks of the Arkanian Mountains in the distance.
Thus, the outdoor area on various levels entices with sun loungers for relaxing and lazing. A small pool and two garden showers provide refreshment on hot days. A BBQ grill is available for sociable evenings.

Villa Kavalina is located in the northwest of the Ionian island of Lefkas in the quaint mountain village of Kavalos. Away from hustle and tourism, you can enjoy rural tranquility here without feeling isolated. You are always welcome to stop by for a drink at the village kafenion.
The villa offers the ideal starting point for hikes and excursions, such as to the Melissa Gorge, which is 3 km away. In just a few minutes by car you can reach one of the dreamlike beaches of the west coast with its turquoise, crystal-clear water, as well as the town, which invites you to stroll with its marina, lively pedestrian zone, taverns, and cafes.
Via little-traveled mountain roads with picturesque views of the small offshore islands, you reach the east coast. Here it is worth renting a small boat for the day and, for example, to stop for a swim at the legendary Onassis island of Skorpios, or to drop anchor in one of the many bays of the neighboring island Meganisi to explore the underwater world with snorkel and mask or simply relax on board and let yourself be carried by the breeze.
A trip to the southernmost tip of the island to the famous Porto Katsiki beach is also recommended, followed by a stop at the lighthouse with its breathtaking cliffs and wide view all the way to Kefalonia!
