Villa Flora, located in the Dalmatian hinterland in the center of Šestanovac in a peaceful rural setting just 1 km from the highway, offers the perfect combination of traditional and modern style. The ground-floor house of 110 m2 is situated on a fully fenced plot of 900 m2, ensuring privacy and security for a family or groups of up to 6 guests, with a beautiful green garden full of flowers and fruit trees, ideal for relaxing in an oasis of peace. Free WiFi is available in the villa and garden. For a perfect holiday in an oasis of peace, you will often see and hear birds singing. Ideal relaxation and outdoor fun with family and friends.

The outdoor area of Villa Flora consists of a northern and southern garden. In the northern part there are covered parking spaces and the main entrance to the Villa through a green garden with native greenery (lavender, rosemary, fir trees, etc.). The southern garden, with its green oasis, wins the hearts of guests, interwoven with seasonal flowers, fruit trees, grapevines, olive trees. In the garden there is a private pool of 23 square meters with a hydromassage bench, maximum depth 1.5 m.
Next to the pool is a sun deck with loungers and umbrellas for relaxation, and beside the sun deck there is a small platform with a solar shower for refreshment, with a recommendation to use it before entering the pool. By the pool there is a covered outdoor dining area ideal for relaxing, outdoor meals, perfect for morning breakfast, drinking morning coffee or an evening drink while barbecuing. Opposite the covered dining area there is a traditional stone barbecue and a summer kitchen which can be fully opened or closed as needed depending on the weather conditions. This area is ideal for preparing food and drinks, barbecuing, while families with children can carefree enjoy and have fun with entertainment facilities located in the garden: swings for children, table tennis, table football, darts, bicycles.

The second covered terrace-loggia is located next to the southern part of the house, where there is a dining table as well as an additional outdoor drinks cabinet for refreshment. The interior of Villa Flora is simplicity and comfort, consisting of an air-conditioned living room with many glass walls fitted with insect screens. The entire space is illuminated by natural light coming from all sides. There is a large corner sofa that can be extended for relaxation if needed, a modern fireplace stove used in winter, a flat-screen TV, curtains and additional decor on the windows and doors that can be drawn to reduce light if necessary. All windows and doors have additional protection—shutters. The dining room with kitchen is connected to the unique living room area, which is glazed with a large sliding wall that leads to the garden and offers a beautiful view of the pool and garden. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances: a stove with three burners and one electric burner, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a microwave, a sandwich toaster, a kettle, a filter coffee machine and a capsule coffee machine, and all necessary kitchen utensils.
The bathroom is located next to the two rooms and has a shower cabin, toilet, sink, bidet, and washing machine. Bedroom 1: air-conditioned, the window has shutters and a screen as protection against insects, consists of a double bed measuring 160 x 200, nightstands, shelf, safe, lamps, wardrobe, comfortable bedding.

On the north side of the Villa there is a glazed entrance area as the entry to Villa Flora, where shoes, jackets, and other clothing can be stored.

Šestanovac is a peaceful environment, yet at the same time close to everything you need. All amenities such as supermarkets, pharmacy, restaurants, and café bars are just a 5-minute short walk from the Villa.

If you wish to explore or go on day trips, the beautiful sea beaches of Brela, Pisak, and Medići are only 16 km away, and the beautiful beaches and amenities on the Cetina River in the village of Blato na Cetini are only 7 km from Villa Flora.
If you want a bit of adventure and excitement, the Cetina River offers rafting, kayaking, canyoning. The Cetina River canyon also has a zipline. The nearby Biokovo Nature Park with untouched nature and an irresistible view of the Dalmatian coast and islands, featuring the Skywalk Biokovo, and you can also visit the natural wonders Red and Blue Lake in Imotski. Nearby coastal towns are Makarska 30 km, Omiš 28 km, a small historic tourist town.
