Our 50 m² holiday apartment offers space for up to 4 guests and features two bedrooms as well as a bathroom. In the lovingly furnished living area you will find comfortable seating and a TV for cozy evenings. The open kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, and all essential appliances – ideal for shared cooking moments. A dining table with stylish table decorations invites you to linger. A crib and a high chair are available for families.
Enjoy sunny hours on the terrace or in the well-kept garden, while the grill provides culinary highlights. You can conveniently park your car in your own parking space. After a day at the sea, use the washing machine and dryer for fresh laundry. Wi-Fi is of course available, so you can stay well connected even on vacation. For over a hundred years, agriculture has shaped our daily life, and that is exactly what gives the holiday farm Rickerts in Vollerwiek its character. Our story began here in 1918, which we continue to this day as a dairy and forage farm – down-to-earth, responsible, and with a focus on animal welfare. Our 250 dairy cows and their offspring are at the center of our daily work. The conventional farm is run with great care, because healthy animals are a matter of course for us. If you like, you can also get an honest impression of how modern agriculture works in Eiderstedt.
You can stay in one of our lovingly furnished holiday apartments in three guest houses. The accommodations are tailored to families, young people, and also seniors, and offer a peaceful retreat after a day in the fresh North Sea air.
For children and active guests, there is plenty of variety on the farm. Our ponies Bailey, Lotta, and Paul are an integral part of farm life and look forward to attention in the paddock. Grooming, leading, and riding are possible there independently, without a fixed schedule. There are also go-karts, a trampoline, a spacious sandbox with climbing frame, as well as table tennis, billiards, and table football.
The North Sea dike is right outside the door, the beach is within walking distance. Behind the dike, the rhythm is set by the ebb and flow of the tide. You will find shopping facilities in the next town about five kilometers away, and St. Peter-Ording can be reached in around 15 minutes by car. Destinations such as the Westerhever Lighthouse, the Eider Barrage, or Friedrichstadt are also very close by.
