Bright and modern in design, the "Hoedic" cottage opens onto a large bay with a wooden terrace, garden furniture, deckchairs, and a wide view of nature and the quiet garden for your breakfasts and lunches on the terrace to the sound of birdsong. The ground floor consists of a living and sitting area, a fitted kitchen with hob, oven, large refrigerator, and everything you need for cooking (electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine, etc.). A bathroom with shower and sink and a separate toilet. Upstairs, a large bedroom with a double bed and a single bed, a wardrobe and a large storage closet. We welcome you to our private property, a former family farm. We have chosen to prioritize nature; parking is located on the private property and you access the cottage on foot. The cottage is ideally located in the heart of the Gulf of Morbihan and the Bay of Quiberon with direct access to hiking trails and bike paths, just a few minutes from the sea and beaches for swimming or discovering the trails along the coast. For a few days or longer, to rest, take a break, come work by the sea, to take care of yourself, as a couple or solo, you are welcome!

We welcome you to our private property, a former family farm, to share with you our favorite spots in our magnificent region. Our estate is located in a quiet, natural setting, in a hamlet just a few minutes from the sea, the beaches, La Trinité sur Mer, Carnac, between the Bay of Quiberon and the Gulf of Morbihan. From our estate, you can directly access the hiking trail that connects to the GR34 as well as the bike path that leads you to the beaches. We will give you the hiking and cycling trail maps upon your arrival. Discover the islands of Houat or Hoedic, Groix, Ile aux Moines or Ile d'Arz, as well as the lovely villages of Locmariaquer, Saint Philibert, the Wild Coast of Quiberon, or the medieval towns of Auray and Vannes—a true paradise for nature lovers. And if you enjoy sports activities: tennis, paddle, kayaking, surfing, etc. . . or gentler activities: meditation, yoga, or Pilates, you are in the right place. Looking forward to welcoming you!
