The holiday apartment is located in a single-family home built in 1989, was renovated in 2020 and is furnished in a modern style. The property is located in the town centre. Also due to the view over the sea from the property and its quiet location the domicile is popular. Available for shared use: barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture and courtyard. Boating with the landlord (skipper) on request on site (surcharge).

Location
Banjol, 10 m above sea level. The holiday apartement is located on a 2000 sqm enclosed garden plot with flowers and trees, bordered by a hedce. The landlord lives only occasionally in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted, length 10 m). Parking (for 10 cars) is available on the property.

air conditioning. Facilities: baby cot, internet access (WLAN) and iron. TV reception takes place via satellite.

The entrance to your holiday apartment is located on the 2nd floor and leads over an external staircase directly into the vestibule with doors to all rooms. Bedroom (15 sqm) with 1 double bed, 1 additional bed on couch/sofa, access to the balcony (garden furniture, 1 table, 2 chairs) and Tent on the balcony. Eat-in kitchen with TV and dining area. Kitchen in the kitchen-diner (17 sqm) with (induction stove), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (240 l, icebox), microwave, coffee machine and electric kettle. Bathroom (3 sqm) with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer.

House rules
The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is prohibited in the property.

Terms of lease and prices:
Included in the price: internet access, dish towels, air conditioning, parking place, electricity, gas, water, Welcome drink, barbecue, Bed linen (weekly change), Wi‑Fi (WLAN), hand towels (change every 3 days).
Side costs - Costs on the spot: Obligatory: final cleaning (if not performed by the tenant) 30 € per object per stay. local tax by local tariff. On request: breakfast 6 € per person per day. baby cot (please order at booking) 5 € per bed under 4 years per day.
