Cancellation terms:
Free cancellation possible up to 91 days before the arrival date.
Cancellation by the guest. The host must be notified of a cancellation by email. If a tenant cancels their rental agreement, the landlord will ask for compensation. Here are the cancellation rules: Cancel up to 91 days before the rental starts: Refund of 90% of the rental price. Cancel between 90 and 61 days before the rental starts: Refund of 50% of the rental price. Cancel between 60 and 45 days before the rental starts: Refund of 20% of the rental price. Cancel less than 44 days before the rental starts: No refund. If the landlord can rent out the house again for the same time, all money already paid will be refunded, minus a 10% processing fee. As the travel date gets closer, it becomes harder to find another tenant. We strongly suggest getting travel cancellation insurance to avoid losing money as well as the disappointment of not being able to go on your holiday.

We are Liz and Corentin Lamour, a Franco-Irish couple living and working on our family farm in the heart of Brittany. Over time, we have carefully restored a small collection of holiday cottages, keeping their original character while ensuring comfort, quality and simplicity. Our cottages are located in a quiet rural setting, surrounded by fields, gardens and open countryside, yet within easy reach of the coast. Beaches, coastal walks and small seaside towns are just a short drive away. We aim to offer a peaceful base from which guests can explore the region at their own pace. We believe that a holiday home should feel practical, well thought out and welcoming. Each cottage is fully equipped, clearly presented and has its own outdoor space. Guests appreciate the calm atmosphere, the sense of space and the opportunity to enjoy nature without crowds. The farm is still active, which gives the place its authentic character. Many guests, especially families and nature-loving travellers, enjoy this connection to everyday rural life. We are always happy to share local recommendations — walking routes, markets, beaches and places we personally enjoy — while fully respecting our guests’ privacy. For us, hosting is about offering a reliable, honest and comfortable place to stay, in a region we know well and care deeply about. We want our guests to feel at ease from the moment they arrive and to leave with a genuine impression of Brittany — calm, natural and unpretentious.
