You can expect a cozy, modern, 32m² detached house with a parking space for one car right at the door.

Location: In the upper Sehmatal, at the foot of the Fichtelberg, the accommodation is located directly on the road to Oberwiesenthal. Within walking distance (150m away) you will find the Unterneudorf stop of the historic steam railway, which runs several times daily between Cranzahl and Oberwiesenthal. A supermarket, as well as a bakery and several restaurants, are within a 1 km radius. Further shopping opportunities are available in Annaberg-Buchholz (approx. 12 km away). The nearest ski lift is approx. 3 km away. It takes about 15 minutes to drive to Oberwiesenthal by car or 40 minutes comfortably by steam train.

A great accommodation
A small and cozy tiny house. We felt very comfortable. The accommodation was only completed in December 2025. Everything is very modernly furnished and very clean. The landlord is also very nice; he gave us a few tips on what to do in the area. We will definitely come back. ?
recommend for: cultural and sightseeing holiday, skiing holiday
