On a spacious 270 m², you will find a holiday home that combines the highest comfort with a relaxed atmosphere. Start the day on the balcony with a coffee from your own machine and enjoy the view of the sea and the surrounding islands, or walk for a minute and you are at the beach bar/restaurant Shark, where you can sit right by the sea and enjoy your coffee or cocktail. At the house, a large terrace invites you to linger, while the private swimming pool provides a refreshing cool-down, or you can walk 10 meters and swim in the sea. For sociable evenings, a BBQ grill and a modern outdoor kitchen are at your disposal.
The villa offers parking for two or three cars, so your car is always safely parked. The modern air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on warm days. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find everything you need: stove, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and of course a coffee machine. Bed linen is provided and a crib as well as a high chair are available for families. Bicycles invite you to explore, while TV and Wi-Fi provide entertainment; for water sports enthusiasts, kayaks and stand up paddles are available. A table tennis table is also provided. Washing machine, dryer, iron, and hairdryer offer additional comfort – even for longer stays. The villa is designed to be allergy-friendly and guarantees a carefree holiday experience. The house is like new and modernly furnished. There are three bedrooms with terraces and private bathrooms, each bedroom also has a toilet. The rooms are very spacious and you always have a view of the sea, where you can experience breathtaking sunsets.
