The detached villa, built in 2025, is furnished in a modern style. The property is located in a holiday home settlement on the outskirts of the village. The domicile is also popular due to the view from the property onto the courtyard and its quiet location. Available for exclusive use are a sunshade, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, and terrace.

Porat. The villa is located on a 500 sqm enclosed plot, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.

Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early April to early November 4 m x 8 m 1.5 m deep).

Shopping 550 m, restaurant 200 m, town centre 4 km. A car is necessary for a relaxing holiday. Doctor, pharmacy, bank each 4 km in Malinska. Airport in Omišalj 10 km. In summer: Adriatic Sea 200 m in Malinska (beach 350 m in Malinska with pebbles and bathing platforms). Dog beach in Malinska 600 m.

The entrance to your villa is on the ground floor, is step-free and leads directly into the hallway.
Ground floor: Living room (40 sq m) with 1 extra bed on a couch/sofa, seating area, TV, air conditioning, dining area (8 seats) and access to the terrace. Kitchen (15 sq m) with air conditioning, electric hob (2 rings), oven, extractor hood, dishwasher, fridge (freezer compartment), coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and access to the terrace. Separate WC (5 sq m) with washing machine, tumble dryer, 1 washbasin and WC.
1st floor: Bedroom (11 sq m) with 1 double bed (king size), TV, air conditioning and access to the balcony. Bedroom (11 sq m) with 1 double bed (king size), TV and air conditioning. Bedroom (16 sq m) with 1 double bed (king size), 1 single bed, TV, air conditioning and access to the balcony. 3 bathrooms each (8 sq m) with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer.

House rules
The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed on the premises.
The landlord does not confirm bookings from youth groups under 25 years old.
Please ensure that quiet hours are observed.
