The domicile is also popular due to the view of the sea from the property and its quiet and sunny location. Zečevo Rogozničko. The holiday apartment is located on an enclosed garden plot with flowers and shrubs, bordered by a wall. The landlord only lives in the house occasionally but uses a separate entrance. The apartments are located in the small place of Zečevo, near Rogoznica and Primošten. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 2 cars) on the property.

Kitchen in the living room with dining area (6 seats), electric cooker (4 hobs), refrigerator (freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and access to the balcony. Bathroom with washing machine, shower, 1 washbasin, toilet and window. Separate WC with 1 washbasin, toilet and window.
Upper floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed.
