Hvar. The studio is located on a 400 sqm garden plot with flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord lives permanently in the house, but uses a seperate entrance. Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking is available on the property.

Air conditioning. Internet access (Wi-Fi), iron and ironing board. Television reception via antenna, satellite. The accommodation is allergy-free and features hypoallergenic pillows. Bathrooms are each equipped with an emergency call line.

Kitchen (10 sq m) with TV, air conditioning, dining area (2 seats), gas hob (2 burners), dishwasher, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, electric kettle and access to the loggia. Bathroom (8 sq m) with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and hairdryer.

The hosting of parties or events is prohibited.
Smoking is not allowed on the premises.
The landlord does not confirm bookings from youth groups under 25 years of age.
