Villa Nika is a cozy accommodation in Ika, just 400 meters from the sea and with a beautiful sea view. It is only 5 km from the charming town of Opatija.

The villa accommodates up to 10 guests and is divided into three separate apartments, each with its own entrance, which are rented as one accommodation.

The first apartment accommodates up to four guests and features a bedroom with a double bed, a TV, and a terrace with sea view. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed, TV, air conditioning, a desk, and a dining table. The kitchenette is equipped with an electric stove, microwave, and refrigerator. There are two bathrooms: one with a bathtub, toilet, sink, and bidet, and another with a shower, toilet, and sink.

The second apartment is a studio and accommodates up to two guests. It offers a functional open space with a pull-out bed, air conditioning, and a TV. The kitchenette is equipped with a stove, microwave, refrigerator, and a dining table, suitable for preparing simple meals. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, washbasin, and a washing machine.

The third apartment is ideal for up to four guests. It features a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a sofa bed, TV, and dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster, so you can easily prepare meals whenever it suits you. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, and sink. The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning.

Guests of Villa Nika have plenty of opportunities to explore the surroundings. The well-known Lungomare promenade is nearby and offers picturesque walks along the coast that connect Ika with Lovran and Opatija. Several beaches are easily accessible, including Kvarner Beach (900 m) and Ičići Beach (1.3 km), ideal for swimming and relaxing by the sea, as well as Medveja Beach (4.1 km), known for its long pebble beach and natural surroundings. The city of Opatija, 5.9 km away, has elegant parks, seaside cafés, beaches, and historical sights such as Villa Angiolina. For nature lovers, Učka Nature Park (16.7 km) offers hiking trails, panoramic viewpoints, and beautiful vistas over the Kvarner region.

Rijeka Airport (RJK) is located 44.7 km from the villa.
