Welcome to Villa Kitrino in Leptokaria – your perfect retreat for a relaxing holiday! This charming holiday apartment offers 90 m² of space for 4-6 guests and features 1 comfortable bedroom as well as a well-kept bathroom. The spacious living area invites you to spend time together, whether you unwind on the sofa reflecting on the day or relax with a cup of coffee. The fully equipped kitchenette leaves nothing to be desired: Here you will find, in addition to a stove, a microwave, a kettle, and a coffee machine – ideal for treating yourself to culinary delights at any time. The high-quality furnishings are complemented by comfortable beds and fresh bed linen, so you can start each morning refreshed.

The air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures, even on warm summer days. A hairdryer and modern sanitary facilities are available to you in the bathroom. The apartment is intended exclusively for non-smokers so that every guest can feel completely comfortable.

Location and surroundings of object

Leptokaria: Sandy beach, clear view of Mount Olympus and numerous tavernas by the sea. Our house is located outside the city at the foot of the mystical mountain of the gods, Olympus. It is about 2 km to the beach. Various shops such as Lidl, post office and train station are all in the nearby area. Many sights are easily accessible from here. For example, the fortress of Platamonas, the royal tombs of King Philip, the father of Alexander the Great, in Vergina. The rock monasteries of Meteora, which have already served as a film set for a James Bond movie, are very worth seeing. In Leptokaria there is a geological historical museum of Olympus; in the neighboring municipality of Litochoro there is a Maritime Museum and an Olympus National Park Information Museum. In Dion, historical archaeological treasures are still being found.
Mount Olympus invites you to go hiking and mountaineering at any time of year. Leptokaria is located 130 km from Thessaloniki Airport on the E75/A1 highway towards Athens. Leptokaria has its own exit.

We are a German retired couple who live on the upper floor of our house. The property is guarded by our dog Lady. She is a friendly family dog who also enjoys greeting our guests. Families with children are welcome. A travel cot and high chair can be provided on request. We are always available for questions and requests.

We are a fit German retired couple who have been living in Leptokaria for 17 years. Our house is located outside the city center, surrounded by greenery. It is a suitable place for retreat and relaxation. We rent out the ground floor apartment as a holiday flat with a separate entrance. We look forward to welcoming guests from our homeland.
