Enjoy the beautiful nature of the small village of Zavojane in the hinterland of the Makarska Riviera, where this stunning villa with a heated hydromassage - swimming pool is located. The house is very comfortable and designed to meet the modern demands of today’s lifestyle.
Next to the 40 m² heated swimming pool, there is a spacious covered terrace with a dining area, TV, and sound system, as well as an authentic Dalmatian fireplace grill. The swimming pool is equipped with hydromassage jets. A wide range of activities is available on site, including a fitness and recreation room, a billiard table, and six bicycles provided free of charge to explore the beautiful surroundings. Enjoy relaxing hours on the large terrace while the BBQ grill invites you to enjoy meals together.
The interior is spread over two floors.
On the ground floor, there is a living and dining area, a fully equipped modern kitchen, one double bedroom, a bathroom, and a separate toilet. On the upper floor, you will find three lovingly designed bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Two of the bedrooms have access to a balcony.

Free cancellation possible up to 60 days before the arrival date.
Here is the translation to English: **Cancellation and Early Termination of Stay** (1) If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a replacement tenant who enters into the contract under the same conditions, the tenant is obliged to pay the following proportionate rental fees as compensation, taking into account any saved expenses: Cancellation: A) Cancellation from the booking date up to 60 days before the start of the rental period is free of charge. B) If the booking is canceled from 59 to 42 days before the start of the rental period, 30% of the total booking price will be charged. C) If the booking is canceled from 41 to 30 days before the start of the rental period, 50% of the total booking price will be charged. D) For cancellations made within 29 days prior to arrival, 100% of the total amount will be charged. E) No-show or early termination of the stay: 100% of the total booking price will be charged. If the guest or tenant does not take up the booked accommodation or terminates the stay early, they remain obliged to pay the full rental price. (2) A cancellation or termination is only valid if made in written form. The decisive date is the day the notice is received by the landlord.
