The rooms are bright and tastefully furnished.
All areas feature floor cooling, a central dehumidification system, modern windows with thermal and sound insulation as well as insect screens.
The villa is surrounded by plenty of greenery and is located in a fully fenced private garden of approx. 1,000 m². Guests have access to a large exclusive outdoor area in the garden, equipped with table and chairs, ideal for maximum privacy.
In the central garden area there is a communal zone with an outdoor shower with hot water, ideal for rinsing off sand after a visit to the beach, as well as a barbecue area for sociable evenings outdoors.
The sea is only a 1-minute walk away and offers a large free beach. Beach chairs and sun umbrellas are available to guests; beach resorts are also located in the immediate vicinity.
Two outdoor parking spaces are available (one of the few accommodations in the area with free private parking).
The prices include bed linen and towels. You will also find a small welcome set with bath mats, shower shampoo, toilet paper, kitchen roll, oil, salt, sugar, coffee capsules, as well as the first dishwasher tabs – everything you need to start your holiday.
A travel cot and high chair are available free of charge on request.
