Description

Holiday home Austernperle is a new, spacious holiday home with 5 stars, built in 2012, completed in July, quiet, central location in St. Peter-Bad. You can reach the centre of St. Peter-Bad with the "Dünentherme", the pier and the popular fish restaurant "Gosch" on foot in 10 minutes through a small pine forest.

The holiday home is 125 square metres in size.
On the ground floor, you are welcomed by a large hallway, which also offers good space for necessary souvenirs, such as a pram. The cloakroom is generously equipped. In the utility room you can store your utensils, such as a water or beer crate. You can also reach the guest WC from the hallway.
The living/dining room is spacious. You can make yourself comfortable on the living landscape and listen to the music from the stereo system. For special enjoyment, a full HD flat-screen TV is part of the equipment. The dining room area includes a solid wood table with chairs. As everywhere in the holiday home, you will find enough space for your utensils. Furthermore, a wood-burning stove awaits you for cosy hours.
The modern fitted kitchen is equipped with everything you need. You will find a large dishwasher, a ceramic hob, an oven, a microwave, fridge, freezer, lots of crockery and also plenty of space for your supplies.

On the 1st floor you will find 2 bathrooms. The larger bathroom is additionally equipped with a 2nd washbasin and a corner bathtub. This bathroom has an outside window in the dormer window.
In the second bathroom ( Velux window ) you will find a washing machine and dryer next to the shower.

The 2 bedrooms are spacious. The beds are 2 x 2 m. The furnishings include a large wardrobe, a chest of drawers and 1 flat-screen TV in each.

On the upper floor there is a spacious, light-flooded studio where you can retreat wonderfully, with 2 single beds and a cosy sitting area.
Our holiday home is south-west facing. From the morning on, the terrace is wonderfully sunny. On the garden plot, which is only available to you, you will always find a sunny or a shady spot - just as you wish. If the sun is shining, you can sunbathe there even in spring or in early late autumn. The lawn in the garden invites you to play, romp around .... No child should be bored there

Why not use the terrace of our holiday home for a breakfast in the sun outside? We have equipped our terrace with high-quality garden furniture so that you can feel at home. In addition to garden chairs with reclining function, there is also a beach chair for sunbathing or simply relaxing.

Next to the garden house, a 2nd small terrace invites you to sunbathe in the evening sun.
