It accommodates up to four guests with a bedroom featuring a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and a single bed (90 x 190 cm), along with generous storage. The ground floor includes a chaise longue that converts into an additional single bed (80 x 190 cm). Pets are welcome for an additional fee of €50 per animal. Linen is provided, and a €200 deposit, along with a tourist tax, is required upon arrival.

Ideally located, the property is just 600 meters from the town center, offering easy access to local shops and cafes. Beautiful beaches and water activities are just 1 km away, while a sports complex with tennis courts is only 250 meters from the residence. You can also find two supermarkets within a 1 km radius for convenience.

Inside, the duplex features a furnished terrace with a small garden, perfect for relaxing outdoors. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, and the bathroom has been recently renovated.
