Located in Vars, this residence features charming chalets with access to a heated indoor/outdoor swimming pool. Situated at the foot of the Fontbonne chairlifts, with a central elevator and underground parking, it is just 200m from shops, restaurants, and a free shuttle stop serving the resort every 15-20 minutes.

This 60m² duplex apartment accommodates up to 8 people and offers a southeast-facing balcony with mountain views. The fully equipped kitchen includes a kettle, toaster, microwave, filter coffee maker, and dishwasher. The living room features a pull-out sofa, with a bedroom containing bunk beds, and two additional bedrooms (one with two single beds and one with a double bed). There is a shower room, a bathroom with a bathtub, and separate toilets on each floor.

The apartment is 200m from restaurants, shops, and ski slopes, and in summer, it is close to hiking trails. Enjoy a ski locker and private underground parking, though snow chains or tires are required in winter due to the unpaved road. The swimming pool is available both in winter and summer, surrounded by beautiful mountains. The apartment is accessible by elevator followed by stairs.

End-of-stay cleaning is not included, and linen can be rented for €16/person. Pets are not allowed, and the apartment is strictly non-smoking. A €1500 deposit is required.
