The apartment is located directly on the promenade of the original village "St. Peter" and thus in one of the most attractive locations of St. Peter-Ording. At approximately 90 sqm, it is your perfect holiday home if, as a couple, you need two bedrooms, as a large family or with friends, or if you want to enjoy your holiday together with grandma and grandpa at a high level! Your elaborately renovated and completely newly furnished holiday apartment is located in an excellent position at the front part of the house "Dorfstr. 16" and, with a large living, kitchen, and dining area with direct access to the southwest balcony, three bedrooms (2 with luxurious box-spring beds), and two modern bathrooms, offers a great deal of comfort that meets even the highest standards. By the way, you also have free access to a very fast, fiber-optic based Wi-Fi connection with up to 300 Mbits. And both televisions (in the living area and in the attic bedroom) are also connected to the internet, so you can stream your favorite channels and series.
The holiday apartment Nordsee 1 offers you plenty of space to relax on approx. 90 m², giving everyone their own space. In the attic is the large bedroom with a luxurious box spring bed, seating area, television, and direct access to its own bathroom. This gives it the character of a private hotel suite within the holiday apartment. The light-flooded living and dining area makes the apartment bright and friendly. The fully equipped, two-row kitchen offers everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes: dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, and coffee machine are available. Plenty of dishes, cutlery, and glasses complete the good impression.
Enjoy sunny hours on the south/west-facing balcony and let the day end in a relaxed way. For your further comfort, a private parking space directly at the house (not a given in this location) as well as a three-sided enclosed and covered bicycle shelter are available. The apartment is suitable exclusively for non-smokers and can also be rented long-term.
And although you live centrally here, it is only about 250 m to the impressive dune landscape, which invites you to take long walks. Just like small and large forest areas very close by. And it’s only 1.9 km to the highly praised children’s playhouse of SPO – so your ideal place for a break by the sea!

Cozy winter experience
The apartment is centrally located in the district of Dorf and is still very quiet. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired. The entire decor radiates a very cozy atmosphere. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed the onset of winter in SPO.
