The villa is located just 2 km from the centre of Mollans-sur-Ouvèze, where you can buy fresh croissants at the bakery or relax on a terrace. For families, the river Le Toulourenc (500 m on foot) is ideal for a refreshing swim or a day on the pebble beach.

This luxury villa with 5 bedrooms offers a perfect combination of comfort, space and privacy and is partially equipped with air conditioning and features a large covered terrace with dining area, a bar with fridge, a barbecue/plancha and a wine tasting corner.

The optionally heated swimming pool (from April to mid-May and then September and October) is located next to the sunny terrace and is surrounded by a lush garden with romantic corners, a boules court and a large play area for children and pets.
