The villa is located just 2 km from the centre of Mollans-sur-Ouvèze, where you can buy fresh croissants from the bakery or relax on a terrace. For families, the Le Toulourenc river (500 m on foot) is ideal for a refreshing swim or a day on the pebble beach.

The optional heated swimming pool (from April to mid-May and then September and October) is located next to the sunny terrace and is surrounded by a lush garden with romantic corners, a pétanque court, and a large play area for children and pets.
