This charming summer house is set on a hilly plot of 691 m² with a panoramic view of the water, just 300 meters from the coast, ideal for fishing and swimming. The property accommodates six guests and features an outdoor sauna, covered terrace, and garden furniture for relaxing and enjoying the views. A separate annex provides additional sleeping space. Inside, there is one bedroom with a double bed and cot, a family room with a double bed, TV, and high chair, and an annex with a double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, and dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower, WC, sink, washing machine, and tumble dryer. Additional amenities include electric heating, air/air heat pump, and play equipment for children. The house was originally built in 1961 and renovated in 2025, offering a modern, comfortable interior while retaining a cozy charm. Outdoor features include a charcoal grill, terrace, and shower for convenient outdoor living.
