Welcome to the holiday apartment Resthof Königswiese in Norderbrarup near Kappeln an der Schlei – your vacation residence for up to 6 guests on a spacious 110 m². Two bedrooms and one bathroom offer ample space for families or friends. The apartment is exclusively for non-smokers and also provides comfortable accommodation for tradespeople. Enjoy relaxing hours on the terrace with a view of the spacious garden, which invites you to play, sunbathe, or have a barbecue at the BBQ grill. On warm days, the well-maintained, heated outdoor swimming pool provides refreshment. For water sports enthusiasts, a rental boat UMS 545CC is available for an additional fee.

Sufficient parking spaces offer convenient parking for your car. Bicycles or fishing gear can be stored in our barn. A large grill as well as a filleting table and a large freezer are also available for our holiday guests. The fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, kettle, and coffee machine leaves nothing to be desired. Bed linen is included, as well as a baby bed and a high chair for the little guests. Washing machine and dryer are available, as well as an iron and hairdryer.

In the living room, a TV invites you to cozy evenings. The fast Wi-Fi enables relaxed surfing or working from home. The high-quality furnishings with wooden floors and bright rooms create a pleasant atmosphere. We, Claudia + Holger Ludemann, bought Königswiese at the beginning of 2017 and immediately began renovating. We left our old home Cologne together with our mother and our two dogs in order to live more in nature, away from the hustle and bustle of the big city.. Just where "other people like to go on vacation!"
