Super location for cycling tours in all directions or driving, e.g., to Skærup Zoo or Aarhus. Holiday apartment very well equipped. The road on the beach side is a bit close. Swimming pool almost empty in the off-season. Recommendations: By car: Skærup Zoo, Moesgaard Museum By bike: Christiansfeld, Sillerup Mill, Skæmlingsbanken including museum, Grönninghoved Beach.

The holiday apartment with a sea view is absolutely worth a visit. Some of the apartments are a bit dated, but some have also been updated. Nevertheless, you lack nothing. Hejlsminde, including the beach, is just right for relaxing. We have been there for the 4th time and will definitely come back again :) Recommendations: If you just want to unwind, this is the right place, but for example, Legoland and the largest playground in Denmark in Ribe are not far away.
