Description

Open kitchen(electric kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, dishes and cutlery), Living/diningroom(TV, dining table), bedroom(double bed, double sofa bed), bathroom(shower, washbasin, toilet), washing machine, parking, iron

Step into your little slice of Mediterranean paradise! This 27 m² apartment at the Peau Rouge residence in Cap d’Agde is made for those who want to swap the everyday for sun, sea, and sand. Comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests, it’s a cozy retreat where mornings start with the sound of waves and evenings end with laughter, good food, and the glow of a seaside sunset.

Inside, everything is designed for ease and relaxation. The living area features a comfy sofa bed and a snug double bed, creating a warm, inviting space to unwind after beach adventures. The fully equipped kitchen has a fridge, freezer, microwave, mini oven, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all the utensils you need to cook up family favorites or simple snacks. After a day in the sun, rinse off in the shower, do a quick load in the washing machine, or just curl up with soft blankets and pillows for a restful night. Private parking adds that extra peace of mind.

Outside, the coast is literally at your doorstep. Stroll to the soft sandy beach, pop into nearby shops for essentials, or explore the local dining scene with charming restaurants just steps away. For a taste of local flavor, we love Le Saint Clair, where fresh seafood pairs perfectly with stunning sunset views. From paddleboarding to evening walks along the port, this studio is your intimate, sun-filled base for carefree, unforgettable moments by the sea.
